Sean F. Flaherty

Sean is the LPL Branch Manager of the Boston office of Coburn Financial.  He has been a member of the firm’s management team for over a decade. 

Sean began his career in the securities business with international investment bank L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin in 1984.  After graduating from Bentley College (BS Finance) in 1985, Sean was employed by Boston-based investment boutique Homans, McGraw, Trull, Valeo & Company.  He has held similar positions with Kidder, Peabody & Company and Gruntal & Company.

Sean holds FINRA Series 4,7,24,63, and 65 (held through LPL Financial and Coburn Financial) licenses.  He is also a Massachusetts insurance producer.  He has extensive experience in portfolio management, equity trading, and options hedging strategies.  He is passionate about using his thirty-five years of experience helping his clients navigate volatile markets while staying focused on their long-term objectives.  Contact Sean for a confidential consultation.
